Mutual Feeling is the studio practice of Ariel Irby and Patrick Poss. It was created as a way to broaden creative understanding and render connections with like-minded individuals. The studio sparked from a need to find the connection and harmony between heart, mind, soul, and spirit during a time when creative output felt stagnant.
Mutual Feeling will encompass all creative ideas and endeavors. It will constantly be evolving as we come up with new projects and ideas. The idea of transition is key. As we become interested in different things, we will have a dedicated space to house that. Through everything, community is at the center. Community in education, who we are designing for, who we are cooking for, the spaces we will create will always be inclusive.
The goal is to turn Mutual Feeling into a mix-use community space to host food pop-ups, events, community gatherings and art exhibits. A place for like-minded people to gather.
For the April 2021 launch, the focus will be on turning a creative process into a life practice through intentional wearables and home objects. Website Launching soon!
